The Brain Power of the Black Ghanaian

The brain of the black man, the proud Ghanaian to be precise, is vaguely crippled. And if some sort of psychological intervention is not taken, the oxymoron ‘free slave’ will be a perfect description for the people within the borders of Ghana. You perceive that the hidden fact is laid bare that the indigenous Ghanaian acquires knowledge and deploys knowledge instead of acquiring knowledge and deploying intelligence, to create knowledge.

Let’s get the dichotomy of knowledge and intelligence and project it down to the point. Knowledge is the know-how that is tested and proven potent acquired by an individual, while Intelligence happens to be the use of knowledge to create knowledge. We testify that the graduate nowadays expertly survive on fruitless knowledge. Meaning, they directly discharge what they read or acquire without innovation and that has been our downfall. For this reason, every student is learning for the paper and passing an exam to get a job. So there’s contemplation on the question of who should create the job for them to work in.

A parent may look into the innocent eyes of the child and render a sincere promise, ‘I love you and will do whatever it takes to acquire billions to secure your future’. This triggers another question of what makes you think you love your child, when contributing your quota to make your country good is like skinning you alive. We can guarantee that if the country is good, your children and sundry get anchored by the hand of God. The local Ghanaian operates selfishly to acquire wealth, forgetting that the wrongfully acquired billions could be lost in a second to the hungry citizen known to be a fraudster. Intelligence is also on a rampage and your children are not exempted from the activities of the hungry well equipped armed robber.

The rich indigenous daughter of the land may only see what she sees, send her family to live in a foreign land, speak so well like a foreigner, change her color like she was born in a nuclear reactor, think she’s a glorious foreigner as it may seem. And blind enough not to see that one only loses heat when moving away from the sun but doesn’t gain coldness. The rich son of the land gets carried away by the invisible societal pressure to underestimate the quality of his country, handle his fellow countryman like garbage, visit the foreign land and when treated like a foreigner, he says ‘my color betrayed me, they are racist’. No! They are not. In fact, they epitomize genuine friends. Don’t forget you acquire so much knowledge from them and they advise you return to your country and develop it. You can’t become a foreigner, you can only lose identity.

If ‘mouth running’ was a game in the Olympics, my learned Ghanaian friends would have enrolled in their numbers and gone home like Michael Phelps. A colleague will stand in the open public with the chest out, exhale to kill all flying insects, conjugate the queens language of the highest degree, confuse listeners with unpredictable jargons and end with an egotistic notion that says PHD in that and that, I have. At this juncture your honor, permit me to ask the politician, ‘and so what’. What have you done and what can you do? Praises be unto the elite few who can prove their quality by practical and not mouth running.

If the citizen of Ghana, who is employed in a firm established by a foreigner, will acknowledge the fact that he never had the intelligence to create the job in the first place and for that matter, all he can do is to denounce backbiting and help his brother to help a brother, you will succeed. If the citizen of Ghana, who is employed in a firm established by a foreigner, will understand the fact that the company is in his jurisdiction and the quality of his productivity is to the benefit of his own land, you will evolve. If the citizen of Ghana will accept the fact that strategic hard work is the only survival of the human race, you will transform. If the citizen of Ghana will stop chasing for employees with so called good credentials but go for employees who can do the job, the country will be on ascendancy, because there are so many unapproved ways of getting a good credential in your economy type.

Ebola disease which caused a nationwide panic would have been a joke to the Ghanaian scientist but here lies the case they all rely on some other scientist to discover the cure. But believe me, my scientists are good and I’m one.

Let the Ghanaian look beyond what he sees and let it make sense to the mind’s eye and I bet with all life acquisition that you will be seen glowing and smiling in 3 years.
